These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the JL Hotshot Hauling website and the junk removal services we provide in Gonzales, TX and the surrounding area. By requesting an estimate, booking a service, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

JL Hotshot Hauling provides junk removal and hauling services, including furniture removal, appliance removal, construction haul off, storage unit and garage cleanouts, and tire hauling. Specific services, availability, and pricing may vary by location and job.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates based on the information and access you give us. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual job differs from what was described, such as additional volume, weight, or access issues discovered on site. We will communicate any changes to pricing before completing work whenever possible.

Scheduling and Access

You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the items being removed at the scheduled time. If our crew is unable to access the property or complete the job due to circumstances outside our control, additional fees or rescheduling may apply.

Prohibited and Hazardous Items

We do not accept hazardous materials, including but not limited to chemicals, asbestos, medical waste, or other items that require special handling under local, state, or federal law. Please let us know in advance if you are unsure whether an item qualifies.

Liability

We take care when removing items and working on your property. However, JL Hotshot Hauling is not responsible for pre-existing damage or damage to items being discarded. Please notify us of any concerns before work begins.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the job unless other arrangements have been agreed to in advance. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Cancellations

We ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel a job so we can adjust our schedule accordingly.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services or website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
